Hi Mr. P*nk,

In trolling around some XML boards I discovered a situation that at face value seems similar to the ICGE/FMKT relationship. The company is FBR and they own about 10% of WebMethods.

I guess they're an incubator ala CMGI, SFE, etc., but don't know the "details". Have you any sage advise?
