Scott, Warren and Pete........Thanks for the solid posts. The weather in Idaho seems to be coordinated with my mood regarding the waiting for the SEC approval.

Scott, I worked many years in the Industrial Construction Business. Mostly accountable to Government Agencies....You are absolutely correct when pointing out their apathy toward concerns of non-governmental contractors, companies, etc. I have seen important meetings postponed with no excuses given. It just isn't worth getting my blood pressure up recalling those days.....

If it is meant to be, we will all prosper with Glenn and PNLK. P

Thank you for your fair and thoughtful post.

If we do see a drop in price from this "E" matter, I will seize the opportunity to add some final batches of shares, with the belief that such an opportunity would be the last to purchase shares at rock-bottom prices.
