Merced may still have a life in the market of 18 to 24 months. I think everyone is committed now, come hell or high water. So Intel and all of their partners decide to spend millions backing a low-volume loser for two years, sullying their reputation with a disappointing product and establishing share for their competitors, knowing all the while they have a competitive technology in the back room that could be shipping for most of that time and maybe doing them a lot more good? It sounds like a very strange judgment to make. What happened to management 101, dog? --QS
