Not sure I agree with u. The UBID acquisition is quite small. Not big enough for serious arbitrageurs to take an interest imo.

CMGI will run long before the UBID acquisition is done, and UBID will run right along with it. If the deal falls through, UBID drops like a rock. It's happened before, it will happen again...
