Unbelievable. The broker has lost my options!

I have 2 accounts - one that trades by phone, the other by web - both with the same broker. I requested all positions to be transferred to the web-enabled account about 2 weeks ago, with no loss in the ability to trade. Today is the day the positions have gone out of the old account and have not yet shown up in the new.

The broker will call me when they have found them. Looks like I may have to resort to the cost of error procedures.
