Jay OT off or on i am not quite sure . There is is in my opinion a very blase attitude here about the US ever finding itself in a downturn. Our interest rates have risen and the small circle i speak with has this attitude that property is not going halt but continue skyward, nothing is going to halt. I watched a program on Tv I believe it was nbc, they are popping off more than half a million a night on a trivia type game. It is quite a vast sum for trivia. Or is it our dollar here is not has lost a bit of it's value? We all think in terms of millions now. For you meat lover's Albertson's has select filet on sale for 9.99. If I want sea bass i have to pay 18.00 a pound. Of course the cpi and i don't agree. If you ever have a down turn be it inflation or unemployment Athm could very well increase in value as entertainment could take off smooth the ruffled edges, so to speak.
