Recent ALA acquisition (1.3 billion $) was in stock.
I doubt it would be in cash(pension issue,large taxes-TM,etc.)
Hovever,they may add some cash in the case when for example Siemens would match they offer in cash of course(Siemens is not listed in US or Canada).
BTW,NN would add to ALA eps.
At the end of 1999 ALA had 3 billion $ in cash, and now we learn about
over 2 billion in bonds.
