How much of this has already been priced in?>>>

You tell me.
When the HWP news came out, INPH was beaten down from just around $30. Volume disappeared and trading became very thin, with wide spreads and a lot of jerky movement. The low has been 17 3/8 since the news. From December, 2 million shares have been sold short. In November, when things were looking bright for the company and everyone was raging about SAN and Fibre Channel, INPH was nearly $44.

It's obvious that there was a rash of profit-taking above $30 and some short-selling. But the majority of short-selling took place after the HWP news, keeping the stock very depressed in the absence of any motivating news.

The company stated that HWP was not "cutting them off" and that they would expand business with them going forward. I see more of a chance of an upside surprise than anything else at this juncture for Interphase. The fundamental need for mass storage solutions is not going away, and I believe that INPH will be able to carve a piece of the demand for themselves not just from HWP, but from a variety of new customers in the future. I'll admit however, that I did not hesitate to take some profit when INPH popped up near $28. That will be a pivotal level for the stock.

I guess it all depends on your time frame. Short-term, you can get your chi-chi's ripped off if you're long above $28 and the CC this afternoon harps on the disappointing HWP relationship. INPH will most likely tank if that's the case. ***HOWEVER*** If you were lucky enough to be the benefactor of a long position below $20 (and I know a few that are in this position), then I believe the prospects look very good for a med-term hold and a break of $28 as INPH puts the HWP issue to rest and concentrates on expanding their business by way of new products and new customers.
