Are things really that bad? Has Inprise's management really made a bad decision? Or did they shop around and no one else desired them? Or had they refused better offers out of personal greed and selfishness? One thing is for sure according to the post the majority of the shareholders on this thread will not bother to try and vote this deal down they just want to get as far far away from either of these companies as they can. That is worse! TTOSBT
