Drew:
Looking only at positive side, there are several things that
indicate Dell has reached a turning point
1. In the 6 months preceding last qtr, institutions bought
97 mm shares while insiders sold far less
2. 69 mm shares traded on Feb 8 th for as low as $35. Huge volume often signals a change in the trend. IMO whoever was buying
was looking for a 33% gain which means they are hoping Dell will
move up to 45 area.
3. All six analysts who graded Dell on Jan 27 th rated it a buy
They will all lose face if we tank here, and Dan Niles
will lose a lot of power and respect. Hes way out on a limb.
Finally, the presence of LT signals a strong buy locally
