West Virginia is very sparsely populated and has very few cities and towns. The Hotels were filled in every town and Hamlet' by voters who were wined and dined then bussed them to the polls the next day. Neocon, The fraud is much easier and more rampant with Computers involved. I havent found one I could not "jimmy" yet :-( <BTW> My Grandfather taught me when I found an honest man he would have "Black Hair Growing in the Palm of His Hand" He was a wonderful "Old Sage" ;-)
