You're right, Richard, the name - misleading as it is about the true nature of the Company and its direction - is unquestionably part of the reason for its - until today - somnolence. On the other hand, some "scanner" somewhere may have picked up on the name and thought it worth investigating as a possible "fuel cell" play. How right, in an unintended way, it may be. Never underestimate The Law of Unintended Consequences.
