Ordinarily I would look at the ISP first, since if they are having problems Qcharts will continue to look for a good connection to a different server. I would also expect you to see this in PingPlotter, which you do not. The only time we will move clients is when a particular server encounters trouble, and then only to move people to a better server. I'm not sure what caused this in your case -- has anyone else had this problem today?

I am using the latest beta version 3.1 build 2. Besides the usual complaints about the inaccuracies of Canadian data, my immediate concern is:

printing charts

Whenever I print a chart, immediatey after I excecute the command, the entire Qcharts programme will shut down or it will force me to shut it down. There is no exception to this happening.

I have no particular interest to going back to an earlier version and so am wondering if this problem is:

1. common
2. fixable

Thanks,

Olga
