OK, once and only once: Vivendi (VVDIY)...while definitely not the usual momo play we see here, these guys will do in Europe what Softbank is currently doing in the Far East...I told people on this board about Softbank when it was @250, now at 1400, 7 months later...obviously not a day play, and will be at 100 in a very short span of time....also, you can buy on the web through just about any broker. Between Softbank, LDP and Vivendi, this year will be HUGE for me. Vivendi own 25% of BSkyB and is one of the leading media/telecom companies in Europe through interests in Canal+, Cegetel, and Havas....also announced a jv with Softbank to develop internet businesses throughout Europe. On the Vivendi Board are a number of leading int'l business figures incl Middelhoff (Bertlesmann)and Arnault (LVMH). Also, there's on SI discussion site on VVDIY.
