Well Midwest if you ever get the 'tax thing' figured out let me know! Lol! When I owned a software company I got creamed with taxes. Now I get creamed again from capital gains. I can easily see why the national debt is getting paid off. All of us folks making money in 'high tech' and paying to the hilt in taxes!

My only 'advice' is to be generous donating money. We've always donated 10% of our income - even when we didn't have much. Now I have enough to found a charity and donate 20% of my stocks to the charity. I just transfer the stocks right over to the charity. It's great because I don't have to pay the capital gains and the charity does fantastic owning such a great investment. When a good cause comes up we sell some of the charities stock and use the monies accordingly.
