Suresh,as they say there is nothing wrong with taking profit anytime but here is my take on the situation.

Right now, I belive, the company has some +78 mil shares outstanding with 7.5 mil float. Now Gururaj Deshpande alone owns about 21% of the stock and his trust owns another 8%. Dan Smith owns close to 19% of the shares. If my thinking is correct these guys won't sell much since they already made their money with Cascade so logic would have it they are not in desperate need to sell too many shares. Some of the other officers and directors may sell part of their position if they are in dire need of money or if they like to spend it own some luxury or other investments. I am thinking if they know the company is going places even these guys may not sell much.

As for the VCs, they probably would sell a good chunk and move on to other ventures, even they may leave a few in the pot if they think the company has a very bright future. I think all in all there shouldn't be too much of a damage assuming they keep winning customers like Williams and Enron, if they fail to do this then we may have problem, I am betting they will succeed in winning customers.

Just some ramblings here on my part, as you know I could be way off base.
