Honestly,at this point I am going to keep major portion of my shares.
ALA is undervalue, and with its 50% of worldwide market shares in ADLS and NN's 3dsl + ATM they will dominate this space.
For example, they would absolutely dominate 6 billion pronto project.
NN's ATM sales will go out of roof when ALA push .With NN's dominate position in LMDS space(65 trials and 18 wins) and ALA 30 trials they will do extremely well in fixed wireless too.
ALA several billon $ in cash will help get agresively into alternate carrier space, which in addition to technology requires good amount of cash for vendor financing.

Just my opinion

ALA, ETC:

Just as a matter of interest, the standard arbitrage play
in a typical acquisition is to short the shares of the acquirer and buy the shares of the company being acquired.

Possibly a good chunk of current buying is accounted for
by this play.

Then, when the acquirer is known, they put on massive short
positions.

There are many more sublteties than this, but maybe you would want to do the same.

Of course, sometimes the shares of the acquirer go UP, so
the time of putting on the short has to be chosen well.

Best wishes,
Jim
