I am sorry I have offended all of you. I guess I was taught to make all "bullying" public -- a form of protection really and that PM was about something I had posted earlier on the thread in good faith with no intention to offend. The thought was that rude/angry PMs would stop if there was the danger that they could be made public.

Again, I apologize and would like to say that I have the utmost respect for the people on the thread and especially you. You have made me money.

-Atin

(actually, I am a gorilla game investor in the sense that I am always looking to invest in the leaders, the companies that dominate their fields -- like CSCO, MSFT, ORCL, QCOM. I just happen to also play the godzilla stocks like YHOO and potential gorilla stocks like SCMR).

....your <favorite stocks> list identify you as an Internutz player rather than Gorilla Gamer....

Gee, Frank - now you've offended all of us that happen to have chosen to play a portion of our portfolio in the Godzilla Game as well. Let's take a look at his portfolio.

He had listed his favorites in his profile as:

CSCO,YHOO,CMGI,EXDS,VRSN,NOK,DCLK,ARBA,SUNW,ORCL,AKAM

I won't speak to the PM snafu as I am in agreement, but I will address the portfolio issue. I consider this to be an excellent portfolio that Atin has assembled, starting with his two gorillas.

Cisco - Gorilla
Oracle - Gorilla

Sun Microsystems - it's on the G&K 2000 Index, so Atin's not alone in this choice

DoubleClick - advertising leader with a basket of patents in the online advertising Godzilla space

Yahoo! - Godzilla

CMGI - incubator of many Godzillas and God knows what else

Ariba - B2B - a vital partner and alliance with some of our favorite stocks

Nokia - rather strong royalty player in mobile and fixed telephony as well as other businesses including multimedia, monitors, satellite, cable and other telecommunications related items

Exodus - certainly received a lot of discussion on this thread and is certainly in some sort of game

VeriSign - internet trust and security applications

Akami - global content delivery, speed, reliability and crash protection from overload services company

We don't know the percentage allocated to each of the investments, but on behalf of the board and to Atin - there are gorillas in his favorites and the rest certainly could be argued about in terms of value chain connections with some of our favorites. In terms of the Godzilla business models that are held in his holdings, my opinion is that some of the better business models were chosen for Atin's investment money.

I know the issue of Godzilla Gaming is not accepted by all here. My copy of The Gorilla Game devoted an entire chapter to it and even though the risk is on a different level than gorilla gaming - investors and G&K thread members have a right to invest in this space if it fits their risk profile and not be treated with disdain for doing so. One can simply direct the traffic to the eWorld thread to discuss Godzilla Gaming.

I simply felt that had to be said.
