Jean MSFT calls

I would be curious to hear your feedback about the
new 2000 version, after you attend the presentation.

I always keep one eye on Mr. Bill and have been looking
to reenter by purchasing leaps. (sold the ones I had, before
this latest run)

THanks
DM

jean..."msft, cmgi, any other option in the world"

from recent posts it appears that many on the thread open and close positions randomly. every stock has its rhythm, and that is the factor that moves the underlying from over bought to oversold. easy to succeed buying calls randomly in a fast moving momentum issue in a favorable market, but in the case of both msft and cmgi, they appear to indicate a probability of short term flat to down movement, which equates to the ability to buy at a lower price. takes a great deal of discipline and play the probabilities, waiting for the proper moment, but it can mean the difference between profit and loss...

Hi Jean,

Welcome to thread and thanks for the great post. I've been giving MSFT some thought myself.

Not sure if the G&K has decided about the Gorilla-ness or King-ness of CREE. I'm trading it at this point, as I've done with Gemstar. Hold 'em lightly...

I agree it's been beaten down for so long...I'm afraid the trial is more than a dark cloud, it's a lead umbrella! I hope your investment does well, but I'm not currently a MSFT holder, at all...
