After the bell TX got 417,600 block buy out of 3 mil for the day - not bad. Sign of things to come tomorrow? I hope. Most of the XOI issues I follow had a solid close. While they didn't close at their highs most held their gains. I'd rather place a larger bet on a short term move in the XOI then a smaller bet on large move in a small E&P or service stock... at least until this OPEC nonsense is settled once and for all. Currently hold P, UCL, and TX in the "majors". Considering ARC. (I know UCL and P and probably not considered "majors" by anyone) What was up with NOI today, up 4 3/8? Wow... Glanced at earnings, but didn't see what would cause that kind of move.
