ADX: TSE TORONTO, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - Advantex Marketing International Inc. (TSE:ADX) announced today that it has engaged Groome Capital.com Inc. ("Groome") to raise a minimum of $5 million up to a maximum of $10 million, by way of a special warrant private placement at $3.00 per special warrant. Each special warrant will entitle the holder to acquire, for no additional consideration, a unit comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at $3.50 for 12 months after the closing. The proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes and to reduce the Company's debt. The Company currently has 38,291,784 common shares outstanding.
