Jean - Is this the article you referred to?........ Here they seem to be referring to Oracle and its implementation at CSCO. Is this what DELL did also?........Nothing wrong with CSCO's strategy either! IMHO CFO Tony Fuller says: "We're strengthening our infrastructure to grow into a much larger company. We're upgrading our IT with a full Oracle suite - with the same team that did the Cisco implementation of Oracle. We've outsourced our data centre to Qwest so that we can grow more quickly, more efficiently while controlling our backroom costs.
