Do you want me to answer? Or am I supposed to stay silent? The "either/or" you present leaves out the middle, which is where I am. I don't believe total laissez-faire will work because of the possibility of abuse. But I'm not for excessive government interference, either. I just don't happen to think the DOJ suit against Microsoft is excessive -- after all, they seem to be winning it! If all you want here is cheerleading, things will be pretty dull and not very useful. JMHO.
