Kind of interesting historical perspective none-the-less... Mark, when Challo first posted that info I practically backflipped then fired off a quick message... only to re-read, notice the date, and quickly edit my my message a few minutes later effectively removing egg from face<ggg>...LOL Wireless Knowledge has been slow out of the blocks... just like everything else...until now This price appreciation of late reflects the Onstar deal most certainly, and the great potential, but I think you couldn't be more wrong when you say ...it's a new product going into a totally untested environment. It's not a new product, it's a new bundling and branding of tested and proven products, those being GPS, VUI and virtual assistants, and wireless communications. All these things have been tested and proven, and now they are available in a standardized option package that is rapidly gaining market acceptance. Anecdotal evidence also points towards products like these becoming safety requirements in all automobiles in the future. The market will be the ultimate judge though, and your skepticism is most assuredly a healthy response to past disappointments... but I believe General Motors has too much invested in this to end up with egg on their face. The only thing that has changed here is the date. Best Regards, John
