FWIW, Yesterday's (old) news on Insider Sell registrations. Vernia planned to sell 18,125 common shares, valued at $1.39 million, on Feb. 4, using Salomon Smith Barney to broker the deal. President Itsik Danziger planned to sell 40,000 shares, valued at $6.3 million on Feb. 3, while General Counsel William Sorin intended to sell 18,750 shares, worth $2.9 million, according to the Form 144 filings. There are an estimated 76.3 million shares of the Woodbury, N.Y.-based company (CMVT: news, msgs) outstanding. The stock closed up 1 1/2 at 187 on Thursday. < snipped >
