Well if you annualize this quarter's sales it comes to 14.2 million (almost the low end of the projection of 15 million)

Jeffrey, I think you miss it big time with that projection. First of all, the company guided revenue between $3 to $3.5 million for last quarter, they exceeded even the upper range with revenue of $3.56 which represents a Q to Q increase of more than 60%. Based on new customers orders last quarter, they raised their upper range revenue projection from $20 MM to $25 MM. I bet their revenue will be higher than $30 million in 2000.

When revenue increases 62% sequentially, one doesn't annualize last quarter revenue to come up with next year's revenue. You should use some sequential increase percentage in your projection. It only needs a 20% sequential increase to double revenue in 2000. Can they do it? Well, they just showed a 62% Q to Q increase. No question in my mind they will beat the $25 million projection handily.

Regards,

Tom
