Thanks, ed. I can understand much better with concrete examples at times.

So, whatcha cooking? it's steak fajita night at the Poet Ponderosa. But for a good cyberfriend of mine on a diet, here's a special diet recipe:

Take 4 TBS. low fat cottage cheese and mix in
1 tsp. Ranch dressing mix
black pepper to taste
dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix and put on RYE CRISPS, broil for 30 to 45 minutes, and chow down. Slowly. :)))
