Futures imply that oil will drop all year from this level. Prices could easily remain above $25 until next October. I don't think that is out of the question depending on OPEC's resolve. Having said that, it will be hard to silence the weaker nations while POO is near $30. They will insist upon slightly higher quotas because they need the money NOW.
