Excuse me but if you mean 200 day moving average, $13.50 is not it. Its ~$5.75.

This charts uses the EMA to calculate the MA. Using SMA then the 200 DMA would be closer to $4.

The stock may fall to $13.50 on "sell on news" but to the 200 DMA.

Now the $11 question: if you think the stock is overvalued would you short if $11 is reachable?
