Dave, on the subject of potential, I found this link rather exciting regarding smartcards. You may already be familiar with it:

Appears that folks are focusing only on HP. EISQ is "partnered" with three other high-end "techs"; ITC (Al Hamed) from the Middle East, Oracle, and Blue Stone Software. These are major players IMHO, and I think we are just looking at the tip of the proverbial ice-burg.

I am, however, amazed that we have not had "runs" and pull-backs of a more volatile nature. I would posit that it has been very a benign trading pattern given the price-distance traveled. With no level-II basis to back me up, however, I think I could still hypothesize that perhaps a larger "player" may, have been/or is still, quietly buying up shares with MM "help". Might be worth checking to see which MM(s) have been on the Bid for the larger blocks consistently- (perhaps buying for their client). Of course at this level, there will always be turnover from the little hands that hold in the sub-dollar region who will sell every time there seems to be any kind of a pull-back. In any event, this is but one of a half dozen current positions for me and represents no threat to my portfolio either :) Willing to let it ride as I think there will be a much much higher ROI this Spring/Summer.
Theo;-)

Pallisard, I am more concerned about the PR that HP felt obliged to make late Thursday afternoon.

Doesn't seem real serious, but I think some momo players make get out tomorrow. They seem like they look to sell anytime momentum slows down or stops. We'll see what effect it has.

It isn't showing up at newsalert.com, so if any didn't see it:
