Dan, Agree with your comment that shareholders of TSSW will benefit by having a position in an IPO that we could not otherwise have invested in at the cost basis that TSSW has in each position. The increase in value from TSSW's cost basis to the initial target price for both Partsbase.com (Cost Basis $2.50 Projected IPO Price $14 )and SupplyAccess Inc (Cost Basis $1.50 Projected IPO Price $20) will increase the company's net working capital by over $7 Million and EPS by $7 Million divided by 11.3 million shares outstanding ( When gain realized ) This will provide our company with the means . . .ie cash to continue to expand its investment in other Ecommerce companies, or to acquire another NASDAQ company or to seek listing on the NASDAQ as soon as it meets the net working capital requirement.

The other major benefit of owning TSSW stock is that we will be able to participate as shareholders in the IPO of eSupport.com. I am anxious to see how this IPO gets priced in the coming months.

Anyone know of any other company that TSSW has invested in? The company has over 3 million more in cash that it can use as investments.
