Mannesmann acceptances up to 67 pct LONDON, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Vodafone AirTouch Plc (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: VOD.L) on Friday said it had received acceptances for its takeover offer from 67.06 percent of Mannesmann AG shareholders. It said it will issue those shareholders 19.905 billion new Vodafone shares during the day and the reweighting of its stock in FTSE indices, to take place after the close of trade, will reflect that increase. Mannesmann will be removed from the DAX 30 index at the same time as the reweighting, it said. (Note: this article is ``in progress'; there will likely be an update soon.)
