sure. The bands can only give a context.
However it's generally true that most trading
takes place within them.

I think it's a little late to get excited
about selling the dow and a little early to
get excited about buying it. It's a question of
entry. The current structure doesn't seem to me
to present a low risk entry either way.

If I were forced to take a position on the today's
close, it would be long.

Michael Watkins: I use envelopes for indices, they work pretty darn good once you find the right formula for each.

However as do you, I prefer support/resistance price action areas, trend lines and formation boundaries....

The lower band for tomorrow should be approximately 10,550. Just projecting that from yesterday's level of 10,610 dropped to 10,580 today.
