My opnion only (obviously), but concerning the price movement I've seen this in other stocks that are predominately institional/insider owned. What I see is relatively minor movement with large block trades, and large movement with small trades. This tells me that the institutions, who are the main holders of this stock, and the MMs work closely together to allow institutional accumulation or distribution at certain price levels. They use the small retail trades to drive the price up or down to their desired levels. Once all the institutions are properly serviced, they will allow the price to run to its correct level, the way they did last year. JMHO.
