Andreas, El ... This type of paint-the-tape last minute after-hours trades were occurring regularly for about a week in late Dec, 1999. Since then these overly ODD trades seemed to stop (until today) In 12/99 I sent an e-mail to this effect to enforcement@sec.gov asking them to review such trades and investigate it if they found it illegal. They e-mailed me back a form letter that they would look into the matter. I have rec'd nothing from them since. Tonight, I again e-mail them in relation to today's late $25 trade. Who knows maybe they'll do something ??? Michael
