close your browser first. then here's my clickstream in cleansweep... first i go 'options', then 'configure' then 'safety sweep'. in safety sweep, i switch to 'off' (i keep it 'on' except for when i am about to clean cookies, you'll see why). after 'off' click 'apply', then ok. then 'internet sweep' tab and 'internet cache cleanup'... not selecting any prompts which may ask for backups. then i select 'cookie cleanup'. a list of all cookies appears with yellow (cautionary) boxes in front of each. this is why i previously turned off safety sweep. if i'd left it on, i could not adios these yellow cookies. click 'select all' and 'clean' then close. before i close the systemworks integrator, i remember to go back to the 'options', 'configure cleansweep', 'safety sweep' and turn 'safety sweep' back on, ending with 'apply' and ok. i know this looks like an incredibly long routine, but it just takes forever to write it all out. i can zip right through it in no time and rather enjoy the interface. good luck :) mark
