Yes, a rally to $360 is a very real possibility, though don't expect a straight line to there. Some are saying a solid break of $342 resistance could bring a run to well above the $360 number. any way you look at ti, life is more interesting. The trash going on with the EU Vs a democratic election in Austria seems to have had a major impact(note all readers, not an endorsement of the policies or statements of the few).
