Apartment is not a done deal as the mortgage may not be purchaseable before the foreclosure auction. My 2 series of warrants are up an aggregate 100+%. Now I am not only afraid of my own shadow, but of the blank wall my shadow is on. I did not figure the coconuts going ripe so quickly.
