Now that is mixin' business with pleasure Mr. Willie ;-) Glad I decided to take yer advice and not hedge Jim. thnx. Time for a little fantasy of my own. I'm married, so the better half won't let me fantasize about doin' the nasty with a dreamy goddess. I'll have to settle on that perty 'ole log home I've had my eye on. Sits on top of a little hill with a great view. Almost 7 acres, mostly wooded & about 4 more acres of woods adjacent for sale too. Now all I need is for the mighty Q round up a few more buckaroonies in my lil' ole brokerage account & YEE HAA! My fantasy will come true. WHOO HOO w2
