Do you visit a lot of sites that require a password? The reason I ask is ,doesn't clearing out cookies also delete saved passwords or other saved settings at various sites?Or, can one pick which cookies to delete?
Thanks
Ed

mr.mark,

A couple of months back we were discussing Free Alta Vista's isp...at the time a few folks on the thread had tried it, including me. About once or twice a week I use it if my "primary" isp is having a problem. I've noticed that the last few times that I've used it the timer doohickey that logs you off if you don't click on an adv. banner within a certain amount of time seems to be inactive? I can stay on without clicking an adv. banner. Anybody else notice this?
