Way to go yeasty, filling out all of the paperwork to make yourself a member of the action against VLNC. Never mind courage of conviction. You have never struck anyone as having either.

Robert,
Re.: ...Could they be selling the company and need to clear the books?..."
When I cited several reasons why the VLNC could go to $50-60, long ago, one of the reasons was a buy out. VLNC did institute an anti-take-over provision recently. The last 10Q talks about it. If they should institute an anti-takeover measure, I assume VLNC does not want an unfriendly take over. In that case, and if they would not mind a friendly take over, what price VLNC will settle for? That is the question, not whether or not they are selling. Everything is for sale, at the right price. imo. Ram

950,000 x $36 ???? for a "baseless claim" and no "admission" of liability????

I get it. They figure that the stock price will be much lower by the time they have to deliver the shares. ; )
