It may be a bit too ahead of its time, but theres a market for non emergency drugs on the
net.....cosmetics, perfumes, drugs, electronics and groceries....I *hate* shopping for any of
them and I don't have to choose, I *know* what I want.....it'll be so great not to have to wait
at Longs or Costco or Frys!!!

The problem is Drugstore.com will not get enough of this market. I agree with your assesment.

Hi hg,

I'm glad to hear you find convenience in these services. I do too, just not drugstore.com since I can get what I need at the grocery store and don't yet use any Internet grocery delivery service.

Hope your family there and in FL are all healthy now.

R.

Drugstore.com <OT>

>in fact when my doctor refused to prescribe
Tamiflu during our recent flu attack, she had her GP phone in and mail order the drug to *us*......<

Happy, I hope your Aunt's doctor has a good attorney. In California it is illegal to prescribe a medication for a patient that has never been seen by the physician. It is dangerous, since some patients may be taking other prescriptions that may interact with the drug prescribed, or the patient may be allergic to the medicine. A physician doing this is California could lose his medical license....besides being held legally liable for any complications that the patient might experience.
