Nanaez:

The S-1/A is explicit about the price AOL (5,333,333), NOK (5,333,333) and MOT (4,333,334) will pay for their 15 million total shares -- it's the IPO price, whatever that is finally set at. Right now it's $14 to $16, and the $225 million comes from an assumed IPO price of $15. If they re-price to say $30, they'll pay $30 like everyone else. Plus their 15 million shares have a 180 day lock up.
