Only more sharply upward..... NOVL is what I would call a repressed stock. It has lived in the shadow of MSFT for the entire bull market in technology. Therefore NOVL has much more upside potential if it can begin to grow its earnings significantly. I think the vast deployment of directory technologies by large corporations jumping on the Net services offerings would provide that kind of revenue. The story which I posted contains the seeds of that kind of movement. Novell should study the motivations for these early adopters and try to create a advertising campaign around those decisions to deploy.
