Wow! You are a certifiable idiot. The minute those shares are delivered, the fingers of the members of the class will be collectively poised to click on the sell button and be off.

What is instructive is that this company, which indicates it may have to sell more shares to raise working capital, is giving up enough shares to raise about $35,000,000 at current prices!!!
