You should check the NASDAQ's listing requirements before you get too carried away. The lack of an audited financial statement makes it hard to see if QTEK meets the requirements or not. nasdaq.com So far the company has only indicated its intention to file its financial statements with the SEC - a mandatory requirement to avoid delisting and pink sheet status. On January 31 and February 3 they promised to file "within a few days". The symbol was just changed to QTEKE because they have not filed them yet. An earlier promise to file their Form 10 seems to have fallen through. QTEK does not appear on Edgar or FreeEdgar services. There are no financial reports on the QTEK Web site.
