OT--Well, coonaz...
this wasn't about condos...the developer promised the city a lift station, which in turn will give the city the ability to extend the sewers westward where there are no sewers now....the new city "master plan" proposal shows that area as future industrial...and the majority of this land is WETLANDS. On the other side of this new development is a 3 acre single family residence. We make a big point to this resident, and showed her the future use map, it show's their property as future INDUSTRIAL! There are newer condos next to us, when they were built, they flooded the single family property to the west, forcing them to sell out cheap to Mr. Developer. Now when the new condos are built, the next house gets flooded.... and so on and so on....
it stinks.
sorry for wasting porch space on this, but it has become a new passion....and the mayor knows it.

Annette
