I guess if you have a large client base...it doesn't matter too much...I think they are also hoping that some intentially keep money in their account ......

All I know is that the William Shatner Priceline commercials are really annoying ...almost as bad as him singing "Mr. Tambourine Man"
loskene.com (this is actually kinda scarry)
...Paypal hired James Doohan (Beam me up Scotty)...I hope they are a little more clever than priceline!

>>>company shifted its revenue model from payment for goods and services to a more lucrative setup: it makes money from the float in its escrow accounts. <<<

This is how they make money (LOL)
Dear PayPaluser:
Due to a technical glitch, the bank transfer that you requested last weekend
has been delayed. Your request has now been processed. Because of the delay,
the funds should reach your bank account by Monday. We apologize for the
inconvenience.

Please note that many banks do not post their deposits until the end of the
day on which the funds are received. In such cases, the bank's web site will
not display Monday's transactions until Tuesday.

Thank you for your patience,

PayPal Customer Service
