I hope everyone read this "No words of wisdom here ... About the time the dipsters showed up at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, the two amigos, Al and Larry, got in front of Congress and demonstrated their complete lack of understanding about how the derivatives markets work. When speaking of derivatives, Larry Summers actually said, "We believe that these recommendations taken together would reduce systemic risk, promote innovation," blah, blah, blah. The fact of the matter is, it is impossible to reduce systemic risk with derivatives. You can reduce specific risk but you can't reduce systemic risk. " siliconinvestor.com
