Don't be quick to cover. The last short standing gets the money and this one will give. Looking for a negative day on NASDAQ today and this baby will crumble. MCLL is trying to deny fundamentals with PRs: that might be a sign that they have issued floorless convertibles.

Peter, Link - biz.yahoo.com I was not referring to the 51 MM raised by selling around 23.4 million shares for 2.19/share. MCLL has already spent 28 MM (out of the 51 MM) - 13 MM went to AT&T for the acquisition of NationPage - 15 MM went to Inciscent I am surprised that MCLL has not mentioned the warrants in any of its press releases. I was unaware of that till you posted the link to the DowJones Newswires article - #reply-12789395. Regards, Rajiv
